Sealva Privacy Policy

The Sealva app uses the camera rights to scan the barcode and decodes it locally on the device. The information stored in the barcode is only processed and stored locally on the device, but not stored on a server.

You can see all stored data in the "scan history" menu. You can delete all stored information any time without any limitations in the functionality of the app.

Sealva retrieves current certificates for verification of the signature contained in the barcode from a server hosted by me on first startup and on explicit request. The resulting server logs may contain the IP address of your device. These server logs are used exclusively for the operational security of the server and are not used for any other purposes.

SealVer will not use or collect your personal data for any purpose other than that stated here. There is no advertising and no tracking.

Please contact me (sealver@tsenger.de) if you have any further questions.
